There is no need to go all the way to Hong Kong because you can enjoy the Hong Kong Suckling Pig right here at Great Wall Chinese Restaurant. Our chef has selected only one month old piglets,

debone and brush the belly part with seasoning, grill over the fire for a while and dip into the hot water to firm up the rind then brush the rind with special seasoning and grill again until cooked.
